Numerous farmers from all over Austria produce for us, following controlled quality standards and particularly valuing our fair purchasing policy. Many customers at home and abroad rely on our flexible and competent market strategy. We offer safe supplies all year round at fair prices!
Our efficient system enables us to quickly prepare large quantities for potato processing. We export potatoes to numerous European countries, e.g. Italy, Germany, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary.
We offer organic new potatoes from June onwards. On request, consumer packages are also available for retail.
We wash and pack our goods ourselves for local supermarkets. Our customers benefit from the opportunity to purchase ample quantities directly from the farm without the need for further intermediaries.
If there isn’t enough domestic produce, we also have the option of importing (organic) potatoes from Italy, Egypt and other countries. This allows us to guarantee a reliable supply to our customers all year round.
We offer the following package sizes:
Big bags and net sacks for export (1,000 kg, 25 kg, 10 kg and 5 kg)
Consumer packages for Austrian retailers in clipper nets (500 g – 5 kg)
We also have organic products in our range all year round.
Example of varieties: Arielle, Agata, Allians
New potatoes (or early potatoes) are not planted earlier, they are varieties that grow faster and can therefore be harvested earlier. They are not suitable for long-term storage, but taste wonderful when fresh!
Example of varieties: Ditta, Simonetta, Graziosa, Bernina, etc.
Waxy varieties are characterised by the fact that they are firm after cooking and retain their shape. These varieties are excellent for potato salads, parsley potatoes or fried potatoes.
Example of varieties: Belmonda, Tosca
Fairly waxy potatoes are true all-rounders in the kitchen and are particularly suitable for side dishes such as fried potatoes. They differ from waxy potatoes in that they have a slightly higher starch content.
Example of varieties: Agria, Melody, Bosco
Floury potatoes have the highest starch content and are suitable for purees, potato dough or french fries.
